Job Description

A. CME/EventsManagement1. Initiates, plans, and organizes timely execution of CME Programs.
2. Manages events and other forms of engagements, including coordination with

creative agencies deemed necessary for execution of certain CME events 3. Collaborates with Product Managers for logistics supplier evaluation and

selection and aligns with creative agencies, if deemed necessary, to ensure

smooth and excellent execution for all types of scientific meetings
4. Reviews the validity and compliance of CME requests and its relevance to the

business before endorsing to the concerned Product Manager
5. Ensures that all CMEs are compliant and duly-approved before execution.
6. Assists Product Managers in post-mortem reports for every concluded big-ticket activity to identify what went well and the learnings to be had on areas for improvement

  1. Establishes and maintains professional relationship with KOLs and other speakers in order to achieve and sustain long-term business relationships


  2. Acts as company representative in key medical societies' meetings.

i. Recommends the best modes of partnership with relevant departments, institutions, and societies, in support of CME3. Liaises and regularly coordinates with known, as well as upcoming, KOLs to affirm brand ownership, and to stay relevant and present, at all timesC. DigitalToolsOptimizationandManagement



  1. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and digital tools


  2. Constantly identifies trends and channel optimization drivers based on received customer insights


  3. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns/tools, and evaluates them against goals (ROI and KPIs)

The Successful Applicant

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

* With, at least, 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing industry * Experience in digital tools optimization is an advantage (e.g. Veeva, Google analytics, Canva, Social media platforms)
* Can generate meaningful insights on/from internal and external customers

* Agile and able to understand and keep up with the changing dynamics of the industry * Strong network with key medical society is an advantage

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

* Has high integrity and displays proper demeanor in the workplace
* Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organized, must have keen attention to details, able to work well in a team environment, and can work under minimal supervision
* Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
* Must be mobile and willing to travel
* Digital & tech-savvy

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

College degree holder, preferably a Science, Marketing or Business Management graduate from reputable universities; MBA degree is a plus.
