Job Description

What to expect in the program:

  • An 18th-month program with several rotations within commercial including sales, marketing, and digital
  • Guided mentorship with global senior leaders of the company

  • Experience a multicultural program, working and collaborating with other Global Graduate Trainees from other countries
  • A potential landing role outside the Philippines upon completion of the program

The Successful Applicant

  • We are looking for highly driven professionals seeking for an international opportunity
  • You have an analytic, data driven, and consumer centric mindset
  • You must have at least 3-5 years of experience to be eligible in this program
  • You must be internationally and regionally mobile
  • Must be amenable working with a tobacco company
  • High preference to FMCG experience
