Job Description

  • Develop and implement revenue growth management strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • at least 7 years experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnership, or commercial finance management
  • industry experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution
  • Proven ability to develop and execute revenue growth management strategies.
  • Experience in pricing, promotions, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
