Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to deliver revenue, margin, and profit targets.
  • Partner commercial teams to guide pricing, promotions, and customer decisions with clear financial insights.
  • Drive pricing, trade spend, and mix optimization to improve profitability and ROI.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and clear analysis of business performance.
  • Support cross-functional decision-making with actionable insights on growth, innovation, and investments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have/be:

  • background in commercial finance and finance business partnering
  • amenable to working in a lean organization
  • amenable to managing both commercial finance and some aspects of controllership/compliance
