Job Description



    • Develop and execute the country's business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and adapting to market trends.


    • Build and manage relationships with key partners; negotiate strategic commercial deals.


    • Drive customer acquisition and market expansion through tailored, data-driven go-to-market strategies.


    • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.


    • Lead, build, and retain high-performing local teams.


    • Own and manage the country P&L.


    • Monitor performance through KPIs and optimize resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experienced in online platforms, ecommerce, technology, or alike; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


  • Proven track record in scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial strategy


  • Deep understanding of the local market.


  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills


  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities


  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and launching new initiatives


  • Experience in sales and marketing leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement
