Job Description

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Build, develop & lead a high performing sales team
  • Understand the requirements of doctors & patients to ensure their needs are being met
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Lead the sales team towards achieving business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years+ experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in a global organisation
  • Ability to drive transformation, develop & execute commercial strategies to achieve business growth
  • Proven track record of progression & leading sales teams
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
