Market & Category DevelopmentTrack market shifts across retailers, shoppers, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.Partner with marketing and trade marketing teams to plan product launches, in-store programs, and consumer-driven activities for both online and offline channels.Ensure consistent market alignment and execution quality across the region.3. E-Commerce LeadershipDevelop and manage performance marketing activities such as paid media, search optimization, and platform‑specific traffic-driving initiatives.Collaborate with content and creative partners to deliver compelling social content, livestreams, and product storytelling that influence digital conversion.Guide platform partners on store design, content quality, pricing mechanics, and user experience improvements to increase conversion rates and basket metrics.4. Distributor & Key Account ManagementMaintain strong relationships with distributors and major retail partners to gain insight, alignment, and influence on joint business direction.Co‑develop annual business plans including targets, assortment decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing calendars.Conduct structured business reviews (monthly/quarterly/annual) and provide performance analysis to ensure commitments and KPIs are met.Manage ROI for initiatives and intervene where performance gaps are identified.5.
