Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all operational & commercial activities, leading a large team across key pillars of the business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve performance.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across sales teams & technical functions.

  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
