Job Description

  • Own and manage relationships with key distributors across the Philippines
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across offline and online channels
  • Partner closely with regional marketing and leadership teams
  • Track commercial performance, identify gaps, and proactively implement corrective actions
  • Travel regularly within and outside Metro Manila to strengthen retailer relationships
  • Act as the commercial face of the business in the Philippines market

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven distributor management experience with major PH players
  • Background in home appliances
  • Deep, established relationships with partners inside and outside Metro Manila
  • A highly hands-on, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Confidence collaborating with regional teams in a remote, matrix structure
  • Strong commercial acumen, execution discipline, and resilience
