Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company providing food products globally.

Job Description

  • Preparing compliance reports for the parent company.
  • Conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Conducting the internal investigation of compliance issues.
  • Assessing product, compliance, or operational risks.
  • Identifying compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • Monitoring group companies to ensure robust controls are in place.
  • Maintaining documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in compliance/internal audit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with operations.
  • Experience working with compliance matters, with any human resources experience a plus.
  • Possess ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities through effective time management.
  • Ability to work with a variety of different business and cultures will be integral to succeed in this role.
  • Willing to travel on short notice.
  • Person will have to be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, responsible & can work independently.
  • Ability to cope with stressful deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • A positive attitude to continued learning.
