Job Description

Consumer & Market Insights Assistant Manager will play a key role in crafting marketing and business strategies for the assigned category.

  • Understand, analyse and report any shopper / consumer / customer market data and insights
  • Provide actionable insights and valuable resources to the marketing team
  • Monitor trends and changes in market needs, motivations & behavior
  • Evaluate market research data and translate them into consumer insights
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in consumer insighting with FMCG or market research companies (quantitative)
  • Familiarity with various research methodologies and statistical tools (SPSS)
  • Strong commercial acumen within the FMCG industry
  • Can work with tight deadlines and with minimal supervision
  • Highly analytical, organized, creative & resourceful
