Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the expansion into the Philippines, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve operational excellence.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team in the Philippines. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring that all operations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address any operational issues that may impact client relationships.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and the board on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role within the lead generation or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine market and experience in managing operations in an international context.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
