The responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Manager are:

  • Review financial models and create business valuations
  • prepare financial and investment analysis
  • gathering relevant data to create well-researched reports
  • develop and implement group-wide financial policies
  • work closely with the team to execute policies

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
  • CPA or CFA
  • Has prior work experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, valuation
  • Good communication and analytic skills
