Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational success in the Philippines.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve company objectives and individual performance goals.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in international freight forwarding, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or branch management capacity
  • Demonstrated success in establishing, scaling, or transforming a business unit or local operation
  • Strong experience managing P&L responsibilities and leading cross‑functional teams
  • Proven people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide high‑performing teams
  • Strategic and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external partners
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and local regulatory requirements in the Philippines
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
