Job Description
- As the Country Manager, you will lead the overall business in the Philippines and have full P&L responsibility
- Will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market - particularly in either the SaaS, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, AdTech industries
- Will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
- Will contribute to the development of training and educational for client and accounts
- Grow relationships with clients in different markets to ensure understanding of their business needs
- Ability to work autonomously
- Based in Manila, Philippines
The Successful Applicant
- 7 years+ significant background in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in/with local or global corporations
- At least 3 years of working in Senior Management or Executive roles
- Extensive leadership experience, handling large & growing teams
- Ability to work with considerable autonomy and also be a team player
- Strong motivation to win clients and succeed in the industry
- A background in either SaaS, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, AdTech industries
