Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's goals
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance and strategies to the C-Suite.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficienc

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of related experience.
  • Experience must come from food packaging and processing machinery segment
  • Possess strong leadership, field sales, and people management experience
  • Demonstrate high energy, strong integrity, and a "people person" orientation
  • Be ready to take on a high-growth, high-visibility role
  • Expertise in strategic planning and operational management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset and an ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
