About Our Client

Oversee profit and loss (P&L), and drive overall growth for our company in the Philippines.
Manage a high-performing team that provides world-class customer service and consultative services/sales at scale to the company's customers and partners while ensuring the successful recruitment and engagement of talent.
Manage processes and metrics to enable highly transparent, credible, and impactful functions.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment with our customer needs and coordinate execution of the company's goals for the Philippines market.
Assist with complex client escalations in close collaboration with department managers, team leads and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to execute on internal and external high-impact projects and initiatives to drive our business growth in the Philippines.
The Successful Applicant
At least 3-5 years experience as a General Manager or Country Manager in the Philippines.
Proven track record demonstrating strong business acumen.
Ability to lead and inspire the team in order to drive growth within the region.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and
both written and verbal communication skills.
BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
