About Our Client
International manufacturer of leading home appliances. As the Asia market is growing, the company is seeking for a competent sales professional to lead the Manila business.
Country Sales Manager, Electronics will lead the Distributor Sales operations in the Philippines. This role provides an opportunity to grow the brand and business for an MNC targeting high growth from the Philippines market. This role will work closely with the regional leadership team to develop and grow the Philippines market. This includes building and influencing in-country relationships with key stakeholders, to strengthen the collaboration with local distributor, and to establish a network of market intelligence to provide voice-of-customers and voice-of-market.

The Successful Applicant
- Ideally with at least 7 years of experience in Consumer Goods sales and Distributor management
- Proven leadership level competencies such as strategic orientation, stakeholder management, integrity, agility, managerial courage and team management
- Knowledge of Philippines market structure and distribution/service network and functioning
- Able to work in a start-up environment
