Job Description

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for :

1.Developing strategy/business plans and lead the execution in Philippines
2.Manage day to day business whilst driving extensive growth with existing B2B customers
as well as develop the business in adjacent industries where the company is not yet supplying today.
3. Pipeline & Opportunity Management ownership
4. Serve as main contact point for key customers in the Philippine market
5. Work with Local, Regional and Global industry teams to help develop then implement
relevant value propositions for key customers
6. Develop sustainable and strategic relationships with customers
7. Supporting SEA team on creating and executing regional strategy
8. Credit control and risk management
9. Measure, track and analyze key performance metrics
10. Live the pillars of the company, have fun and enjoy the ride as being part of an organization
with big growth ambitions

The Successful Applicant

1.Proven sales experience in the food industry atleast (2-7 years)
2.Same or adjacent sub-industry experience an advantage
3.Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer pain points and needs
4.B2B Value creation sales skills
5.Excellent customer relationship skills
6.Industry knowledge is an asset
7.Plan, direct, achieving and monitor sales targets set.
8.Ability to speak English fluently, Strong written/verbal communication skills
9.Able to work independently, self-motivated and energetic
10.Works well within a team
11.Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
