Cybersecurity Operations Manager (SOC) - Multinational

• Establish and Scale the Manila SOC: Build and lead a high-performing team of SOC analysts, implementing industry-standard processes in collaboration with our established SOC teams in the UK and the Netherlands.
• Develop Cyber Expertise: Mentor, train, and guide your team to specialize in Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) platforms, ensuring technical excellence and readiness for global challenges.
• Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee SOC operations, including meeting KPIs, managing 24/7 shifts, and ensuring seamless incident detection and response for clients.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to long-term operational strategy, align processes across regions, and shape the roadmap for our global MXDR SOC.
• Enhance Client Experience: Support client engagements, onboard new clients, and ensure delivery readiness through rigorous pre-launch checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a growing SOC team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Drive the implementation of scalable and standardized operating procedures across the SOC.
• Report on SOC performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to leadership.
• Manage out-of-hours coverage and 24/7 shift schedules.
• Ensure the SOC operates at the forefront of cybersecurity trends and practices.
• Represent the SOC in global operational planning and strategic decision-making forums.
