Job Description

  • Monitoring and analyzing data related to service performance metrics such as uptime, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Using data to identify trends and patterns in service incidents and problems, and implementing strategies to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met by monitoring relevant data and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Utilizing data to forecast future service demands and plan capacity accordingly to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation.
  • Analyzing data to assess the impact of proposed changes on service delivery and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
  • Leveraging data to evaluate the performance of service providers and make informed decisions regarding vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimize service delivery, improve customer satisfaction, and drive organizational success.

The Successful Applicant

  • A seasoned professional with at least 10-15 years of experience in a data operations, service delivery, or related IT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, ICT, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end service delivery, including service level management, incident management, and problem resolution within a complex organizational setup.
  • Strong understanding of service management principles and ITIL best practices.
  • Deep expertise in incident/problem management and data storytelling.
  • Systems-thinking approach to identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
