Job Description

  • Lead and guide a Data Quality team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Drive the standardization and centralization of data quality efforts
  • Implement the Data Quality strategy across all operational aspects, contributing to the broader Global Data Quality framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Enhance the Data Operations client experience.
  • Build high-performing teams, address skill gaps, and drive team development.
  • Standardize and centralize data quality processes across locations for consistency and efficiency.
  • Foster cross-border collaboration and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant



Technical:

  • Skilled at improving data operations and driving standardization across locations.
  • Experienced in ensuring consistent data quality practices in diverse environments.



Very strong operational background:

  • Has a strong track record of driving change and leading senior-level operations in the banking or financial sector.
  • Excels at simplifying complex challenges and driving operational efficiency.
  • Understands business contexts and regulatory requirements to deliver high-quality services.



Leadership experience:

  • An experienced "manager of managers"--demonstrates effective team leadership with an inspiring, energetic approach and cultural sensitivity.
  • Empowers teams to work independently, think creatively, and take ownership of their responsibilities.



Behavioral:

  • Communicates effectively on complex topics and values collaboration and new ideas.
