About Our Client

A digital learning and talent platform present in multiple countries in Asia

Job Description

  • Drive Quarterly Marketing campaigns aligned to product, sales, and business priorities - centered on inbound with digital-first mindset
  • Develop the integrated omnichannel marketing campaign with the right mix of marketing resources (ie. landing pages, messaging playbooks, digital ads, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams (eg. Public Relations, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Support, Product) to prepare and launch the plan
  • Communicate the campaign plan and roadmap to relevant business unit and sales leaders
  • Ensure all frontliners (eg. Sales, Telesales, DB Marketing, Customer service etc.) are trained to handle all inquiries and leads management processes
  • Provide performance report and analysis to the business leader

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 8 years in implementing and managing performance marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Experience in developing integrated campaign to drive lead acquisition in large volume
  • High competency in digital marketing, inbound and outbound sales campaigns
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with campaign execution, reporting, and CRM tools
  • Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries/regions
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to assume end-to-end function, with grit and proactiveness to initiate and complete tasks
