Job Description

  • Develop and Execute: Formulate a local digital strategy aligned with global and regional roadmaps, encompassing social media, crisis management, CRM, and eCommerce.
  • Analytics and Performance: Lead the digital marketing analytics strategy, ensuring comprehensive tracking, performance measurement, and benchmarking to achieve brand objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize real-time data mining and interpretation to assess consumer and shopper trends, guiding informed decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure all digital solutions and processes adhere to group policies and local legislation.
  • Maximize Business Value: Drive collaboration across eBusiness, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Development, Corporate Communications, and Consumer Engagement Services to enhance business outcomes.
  • Align with Objectives: Provide leadership to ensure alignment with the market, zone, and global eBusiness goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with key digital platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.), agencies, and suppliers to excel on their platforms and create competitive advantages.
  • Leadership in Digital Landscape: Demonstrate leadership and offer perspectives on the evolving digital environment.
  • Capability Building: Enhance local digital capabilities by delivering best practices and training through various channels.
  • Innovative Ideas: Derive innovative ideas by assessing consumer trends and data using an Omni Channel Approach.
  • Industry Leadership: Contribute to the company's favorable external positioning in digital leadership, consistent with eBusiness marketing industry recognition objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM strategy.
  • Proven experience in an FMCG company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and integration.
