Job Description

● Develop and maintain sales collateral, including product decks, 1-2 pagers, and product training
materials
● Outline common language on how the client describes their technology (naming conventions, product
descriptions, etc.)
● Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
● Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional
stakeholders and executing self-led research
● Communicate the value of new products and services to the Commercial team in a consistent
manner across geographies
● Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches
● Create rich product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts that
demonstrate the client's value as well as the thought leadership in the digital identity space
● Gain insight into customer use of competitors analysis, market research, current products, untapped
opportunities and buyer personas
● Contribute insights and customer feedback to product management team to help shape the
product roadmap and ensure priorities accurately reflect shifts or trends in market demand
● Manage inbound marketing campaigns, which includes:
- Setup and development of digital channels (eg. Twitter, Linkedin, Web Site) to attract appropriate
client leads
- Inside sales: initial engagement and assessment of clients
- Review and assessment of clients business model
- Endorsement to the Commercial team of viable clients
● Manage outbound marketing campaigns, which includes:
- Outbound campaign for lead generation
- Identification and engagement of client lead for each region
● Set, track and report on KPIs across all channels

The Successful Applicant

● 5+ years of experience in Marketing, including Product Marketing
● Experience in Graphic Design, SEO/SEM
● Familiarity and ideally expertise with design and web management software such as Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and WordPress
● Sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills
● Proven ability to turn data and insights into marketing strategies and messages
● Passion for solving customer problems
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required, with the ability to develop and
present executive level presentations and materials
