Job Description



  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for the clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring delivery excellence.


  • Lead and resolve internal and external escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive timely solutions.


  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the account, including upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the companies footprint.


  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong communication with senior client stakeholders.


  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's industry and strategy to position the business as a long-term partner.


  • Track performance metrics and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.


  • Act as the voice of the client internally and the ambassador externally.



The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in client relationship management, account management, or delivery leadership in IT services, consulting, or a related field.


  • Proven success in managing large-scale accounts, particularly in a farming capacity.


  • Strong background in escalation management, both internal and client-facing.


  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


  • Strategic mindset with the ability to uncover opportunities and influence client decisions.


  • Experience working with global delivery teams is a strong advantage.
