Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues of customers and ensure that they are able to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Manage members under the account management team to drive exceptional performance.
  • Drive customer adoption and growth through developing and implementing carefully crafted success plans.
  • Manage and report on outcomes of customer success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with customers to develop solutions.
  • Stay updated on customer feedback and the trends of the market.

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 5-8 years of successfully running accounts.
  • Have an extensive background in marketing especially demand generation
  • Should have been responsible for net dollar retention and renewal rate.
  • Can drive 100% performance on NDR.
