Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 100+ professionals across diverse cybersecurity domains.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies for talent growth, upskilling, and resource optimization.



Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all Manila-based cybersecurity operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive process innovations that enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Align operations with global best practices and business objectives.



Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive trust and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, expanding service offerings and increasing market share.
  • Represent the organization with key external stakeholders, including government and trade associations.



Strategic Growth & Innovation

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Manila's operations, aligned with global goals.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies, integrating them to enhance services.
  • Scale the delivery center's capabilities to meet growing global demands.



Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and other frameworks.
  • Mitigate operational and technical risks, maintaining a robust and secure delivery model.
