Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of fund accounting and financial services operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies, mainly leveraging on technology, to optimize processes and ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in fund accounting or financial services roles. Must have a strong understanding of investment vehicles and fund management operations.
  • A strong background in managing a large and financial services operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in operational management and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid, night shift schedule based in Pasay.
