Job Description

Performance Management
2.1 Collaborates with leaders & other stakeholders to understand the organisation's goals and strategy impacting performance management
2.2 Designs & implements performance management programs, processes & tools that support a culture of continuous feedback, drives career growth, and enable achievement of overall company goals and growth. This includes
a. Setting performance objectives
b. Handling difficult performance discussions
c. Formulating performance improvement plans
d. Conducting performance reviews

1.1 Leads the development and delivery of total rewards (compensation & benefits) programs, processes & tools encompassing
a. rewards planning, budgeting and expense management
b. annual and ad hoc rewards reviews
c. conduct of market bench-marking and competitive market analysis
d. analysis of rewards trends, data and insights as input to overall talent attraction and retention strategy
e. collaborating with external consultants/vendors for rewards program development & delivery
f. communication strategy for rewards programs and identifying opportunities to better enable the company to improve employee engagement, facilitate proactive and effective messaging, as well as support the company's growth and strategic agenda

3.1 Leads the project management function for HR projects
3.2 Partners with the different HR teams to draw up project plans and ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
3.3 Collaborates with stakeholders to track progress of projects, address & mitigate risks, and manage change

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years broad experience in HR including Total Rewards Design & Implementation, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Organisation Design & Effectiveness
  • Experience working in an agile organisation/operating model
  • Bachelor's degree /MBA. Preferably with Certification in Total Rewards, Performance Management or Project Management
