Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities of the Director of Sales - IT Solutions would be:

* Will lead and manage the Digital Solution sales

* Responsible for building, refining and executing a hyper-growth strategy, achieving growth plans, and engage with the Leadership Team to develop and implement sales strategies and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth

* Deep expertise in managing CxO level relationships and driving the design and sales, Digital and Consulting solutions

* Defining account specific business growth strategy, create new business opportunities & new business wins (revenue and order value)

* Build and nurture partnerships with key client business stakeholders. Drive pro-active pitches leveraging right fit domain and digital offerings to guide client's transformation initiatives

* Develop thought leadership on client's business and set long-term aspiration and annual goals. Seek to understand Client's business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Sales - IT Solutions would look like/should be able to:

* Should have handled a portfolio of at least USD 10 Million with revenue responsibility and ability to scale business

* Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers

* Work closely with the larger sales organization to build synergies, enable cross-selling and upselling

* Work with the Solutioning, Service Delivery and Recruitment teams to ensure prospect's needs are well understood and addressed in the proposed solution

* Develop a sales strategy in the country with a target account prospect list, and a detailed sales plan

* Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams

* Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
