One of the largest hotel chains with an extensive portfolio spanning from luxury to economy brands. The business is posed to expand & strengthen their footprint in the Philippines and is looking for a qualified Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee multiple properties.

Job Description

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
  • Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales objectives, enhancing market share.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective brand communication.
  • Partner with the revenue management team to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies and occupancy maximization plans.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics, making strategic adjustments to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through continuous service enhancement and regular feedback incorporation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a hospitality sales and marketing leadership role
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality and leisure tourism market globally and in the Philippines
  • Ideally have worked within highly reputable international hotel properties
  • Strong skills in driving sales performance, managing P&L and strategic planning
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Filipino talents with international experience working abroad are preferred
