A global leader in the production of sauces and condiments. Throughout the years, it has expanded into a a multinational brand with a diverse portfolio of sauces, condiments, and seasonings, supplying households, restaurants, and the food service industry worldwide.

Job Description

Key Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with key eCommerce accounts, including major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Lazada, Shopee) and retailers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners, ensuring alignment on goals, promotions, and product performance.



Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the eCommerce channel, including expansion to new platforms, partnerships, or markets.
  • Work with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies for emerging platforms and trends in the eCommerce landscape.



Operations Management:

  • Oversee the operational flow of eCommerce activities, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from product listing to order fulfillment and delivery.



Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform metrics to generate actionable insights for sales growth and improved account performance.
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a FMCG company or previously handling FMCG accounts
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and driving business growth on eCommerce platforms
  • Must be amenable to work in Quezon City at a hybrid set-up
