- Be the right hand of the CEO on all aspects of day to day sales and operations
- Support with the transition activities from the old to new brand owner
- Business analysis
- Project management
- Liaise with the customer service on any potential issues
- Work on contracts & legal issues
- Hiring of digital marketing & content professionals as the business grows
- Work with manufacturing & fulfilment
The Successful Applicant
As this will be the second person to join the new organisation, we are looking for someone who is confident & enthusiastic when dealing with both complex business activities as well as more repetitive / administrative tasks. The role will become more senior as the brand grows however our client needs someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves & get on the task at hand to support the business transition!

- Happy to do a variety of tasks related to business organisation & growth
- Ambitious & looking to progress as and when the company grows
- Must be comfortable working EST 9am to 6pm (day starts at 10pm Manila time)
