Job Description

  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services in areas such as information technology, fulfilment and logistics, call center, and payment processing.
  • Process wholesale deliveries to ensure timely deliveries to wholesale partners.
  • Manage 3PL.
  • Collaborate with the local and regional buying, planning, content, marketing and finance teams
  • Optimize business processes to increase operating efficiency and enable increased focus on strategic, value-adding activities.
  • Provide reporting and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in e-commerce retail experience
  • Experience in organization and execution experience with internal/external parties
  • Marketplace experience is a plus
