EMS Unit Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates the department OKR to all members of the unit and ensures internal alignment.
• Sets performance parameters for the department ensuring that these capture client expectations and are aligned to the over-all strategy of the Division.
• Develops data driven approaches, system and platform for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of environment and sustainability data.
• Champions, advocate and enable programs to promote environmental advocacy, sustainable practices in store operations, and compliance to environmental regulations.
• Elevate the capability and regulatory compliance of the stores thru technical support and consultations.
• Collaborates with the NDG leadership team, business units and other key stakeholders on policies, goals, standards, guidelines, roles and responsibilities to promote compliance.
• Carry out impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce risks and financial costs to the business.
• Collaborates with others to develop cross-functional processes and establish ways of working for the effective delivery of business goals and objectives.
• Designs, reviews, and maintains the organizational structure to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives.
• Determines talent requirements to ensure appropriate manpower to support the deliverables of the department.
