Job Description

The role focuses on serving as the primary link between the company and enterprise clients by building strong customer relationships, identifying and influencing sales opportunities, and understanding each client's business and technical needs to guide them toward effective solutions. It also involves analyzing industry trends, gathering market insights, and organizing high‑level events to strengthen brand presence, while leading or supporting end‑to‑end sales project operations-including negotiations, contract improvements, resource coordination, and issue resolution-to ensure successful project delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role is someone with strong account management experience in the ICT industry, capable of building and maintaining strategic customer relationships while identifying and driving new sales opportunities. They combine solid technical understanding with excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing them to analyze customer needs, influence decision‑making, and deliver effective solutions.
