This role will be instrumental in aligning IT architecture with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across digital platforms, core banking systems, and enterprise applications.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture frameworks to support business and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of IT strategy with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Design and oversee the integration of cloud, API, and microservices architectures to enhance system interoperability and agility.
  • Lead the modernization of legacy systems, optimizing core banking, payments, and digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with technology and business leaders to drive innovation, improve customer experience, and enhance operational resilience.
  • Establish and enforce security, governance, and compliance standards across IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and solutions, providing recommendations for future investments.
  • Guide development teams in best practices, software architecture principles, and agile methodologies.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, API management, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in core banking systems, payment solutions, and enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation, IT modernization, and system migration projects.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
