Job Description

  • Develop and implement enterprise risk management (ERM) strategies across various business units.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align risk management practices with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and manage key risks that may impact the company's growth and operational stability.
  • Monitor and report on emerging risks and trends within the industry, providing insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks at an enterprise level, with a proven track record of successfully implementing risk frameworks and strategies across different areas of a business.
  • Experience in initiating and driving risk management projects from inception to execution, with measurable outcomes that support business continuity and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across departments, particularly with finance and operations teams, to embed risk management practices throughout the organization.
  • Strong ability to identify emerging risks and develop strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with senior executives, department heads, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where flexibility and adaptability are key to responding to new business needs and risks.
