Job Description

  • Direct and manage daily Workday ERP configuration activities across multiple functional areas.
  • Enforce configuration best practices, governance standards, and formal change management processes.
  • Evaluate system impacts, assess risks, and ensure alignment across functions for all configuration changes.
  • Manage the creation and upkeep of configuration artifacts, including design documentation and testing materials.
  • Oversee system integrations and touchpoint reviews to prevent disruptions to related upstream and downstream processes.
  • Lead support for system upgrades, releases, regression testing, and the rollout of new features.
  • Collaborate with business partners to convert requirements into scalable, effective configuration solutions.
  • Diagnose configuration issues and coordinate defect fixes with technical and delivery teams.
  • Monitor and report on configuration metrics such as volume, quality, defect trends, and deployment readiness.
  • Develop and mentor configuration architects while leading, coaching, and growing a high-performing team, supporting both daily execution and long-term career development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of five (5) years of ERP (Workday) system configuration experience across Finance, Supply Chain, or HR (required)
  • 3+ years minimum leading configuration teams or functional workstreams (required)
  • Experience with Workday configuration strongly required
