Job Description

  • Focus the organization on constantly identifying market opportunities based on customer needs & market trends that will continuously build ANI's competitive advantage & drive sustainable growth for the businessEffectively oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales organization and ensure that performance is on track to achieve profit and growth objectives.
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement needed corrective actions to get back on track.
  • Coach applicable senior sales leadership on needed performance improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • With 10 to 12 years of relevant experience with substantial experience at the senior executive leadership level.
  • Must have a proven experience in operating as part of an executive leadership team that places high emphasis on collaborative decision-making and high degree of accountability.
