Job Description
- Providing support to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Corporate Finance in administrative tasks
- Organizing, maintaining, and managing records and schedules
- Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
The Successful Applicant
- Has at least has 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant
- Required to have strong Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills
- Is highly organized
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has above average business comprehension
- Is immediately available
