The client is an up-and-coming Integrated Resort in the Entertainment City, built by the subsidiary of one of the biggest companies in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Providing support to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Corporate Finance in administrative tasks
  • Organizing, maintaining, and managing records and schedules
  • Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has at least has 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant
  • Required to have strong Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills
  • Is highly organized
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has above average business comprehension
  • Is immediately available
