Job Description

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficiency.
  • Develop and innovate menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, including cost control and waste reduction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends to incorporate fresh ideas and techniques.

The Successful Applicant

  • Formal culinary training or equivalent qualifications in Hospitality & Leisure.
  • Proven expertise in leading and managing a professional kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning and food cost management.
  • Experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
