Expansion Manager (Cavite)

As Expansion Manager (Cavite), you will find as many suitable store locations as possible & negotiate the lowest possible rents with favorable rental contracts.

• Decides on locations and offers from landlords which are suitable to the company and has the authority to reject these.
• Follow up the rent contract duration. Ensures the extension of the rental contract or finds a new suitable store on time before the end of contract duration.
• Arranges for all legal authorization procedures related with the opening and operations of stores. Arranges for good quality construction works according to the company's construction manual.
• Suggest to the Regional Manager architects and construction companies who are suitable to work for the company.
• Ensure that construction arrangements and all materials used are in conformity with the company's standards including construction made on behalf of the landlord.
