About Our Client

This client is a multinational e-commerce company. They are rapidly growing and expanding all over the Philippines.

Job Description

* Ownership of projects from start to end

* Coordinate across functional departments to ensure a smooth launch of Hub Openings

* Ensure service levels are maintained to standards

* Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance

* Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external stakeholders

* On occasion, conduct calls with lessors for hubs to gather information, negotiate, or lock in deals

* Report project results and process improvement directly to the Head of Expansions

* Analyze and optimize operational processes

* Creation of financial analyses and models to determine feasibility of projects

The Successful Applicant

* Graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or equivalent

* At least 4-5 years work experience in Retail / Residential with understanding of the general terms is a plus (Planning/Construction/Property Management/Leasing)

* Has detailed understanding of the various development stages and commercial terms of real-estate projects

* Has handled developments of various land and/or retail-use types

* Great track record of successful project management is required

* Strong data analysis skills

* High proficiency in MS Excel

* Strong communication skills in English and Filipino

* Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure

* Must be willing to do local travel

* Must be willing to station in Podium, Ortigas
