  • Analyze current workflows and propose improvements to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on transition progress and transformation outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams during periods of organizational change.

The Successful Applicant
