Candidate will be in charge of the Planning, leading, organising and implementing operational and automation strategies that ensure that the factory meets its objectives. This includes the implementation of organisational plans, identification of process gaps, management controls, forecasting, management of factory performance, and the re-engineering of processes.

International company specialises in garment manufacturing for European, Asian, and US market servicing High-End fashion brands.

Job Description

  1. Implementation of Operational Strategies that ensure all KPIs are met
  2. Automation Strategies
  3. P&L Management from staffing to all other variable costs
  4. Talent management and development
  5. Ensuring Factory Safety and compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing and its processes, P&L management, Quality Assurance, and Import and Export standard procedures, and implementing Lean manufacturing methods.
  • They must be resilient, flexible, results oriented and values centred.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English), Leadership skills, mentoring and team building skills, problem solving skills, and has a "hands on" approach to work.
  • They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Factory manager having lead 2,000-3,000 employees. University degree of manufacturing. Industrial engineering, o any Business Course.
