International company specialises in garment manufacturing for European, Asian, and US market servicing High-End fashion brands.

Job Description

  1. Implementation of Operational Strategies that ensure all KPIs are met
  2. Automation Strategies
  3. P&L Management from staffing to all other variable costs
  4. Talent management and development
  5. Ensuring Factory Safety and compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing and its processes, P&L management, Quality Assurance, and Import and Export standard procedures, and implementing Lean manufacturing methods.
  • They must be resilient, flexible, results oriented and values centred.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English), Leadership skills, mentoring and team building skills, problem solving skills, and has a "hands on" approach to work.
  • They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Factory manager having lead 2,000-3,000 employees. University degree of manufacturing. Industrial engineering, o any Business Course.
