Job Description

  • Develops tools to standardize processes and maintain consistent quality across all stores.
  • Provides feedback to operations leaders on training needs and collaborates to meet KPIs.
  • Manages the entire Technical Training process, from needs analysis to program facilitation and performance monitoring.
  • Oversees training schedules to optimize learning and development.
  • Manages training facilities, costs, and effective delivery of modules.
  • Updates training programs, prepares materials for new store openings, and conducts mock audits to improve team skills and SOP adherence.
  • Handles additional duties, including module creation, program facilitation, and audits.

The Successful Applicant

The successful F&B Training Manager candidate must have:

At least 5 years of experience and career growth in the same field

Customer service- oriented attitude

Confidence to train and direct
