Job Description

As the Finance and Operations Head, you will:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily financial and operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate risks.
  • Mentor and guide the accounting and finance teams to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance and Operations Head should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and operational processes within the financial services industry. with a background within shared services.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
