The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing business advice on cost optimization, recruitment efficiency, budget management, and contract negotiation and vendor management.

Our client is a well-established business services company working with top global clients. They offer a hybrid setup based in Makati.

Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with department leaders to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR to track hiring performance, reduce recruitment costs, and negotiate vendor agreements.
  • Assess operational costs and create strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support the adoption of new financial systems and process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure financial strategies support overall business priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Finance Business Partnering
  • Must have experience in a multinational BPO, Shared Services, or Business Services company with at least 1,000 employees
  • Expert in financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, IFRS or PFRS
  • Exhibits strong experience in multicultural stakeholder management with senior executives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to work on a 1pm-10pm shift (Philippines time) and report to the Makati office at least 3x a week
